ICHS Shoreline Medical and Dental Clinic

This new 46,000-square-foot medical and dental clinic expands International Community Health Services to the City of Shoreline. ICHS provides culturally and linguistically appropriate health services to improve the health of Asian Pacific Islanders and the broader community.

The project site was selected near public transportation and the design includes a community garden space to promote connection with the surrounding community. The clinic spaces are planned to enhance medical team integration and to allow for open and efficient staff communication. A third floor shell space will be constructed for planned future expansion of medical services. The project achieved LEED Silver certification.
