ICHS Behavioral Health Tenant Improvement

The ICHS Shoreline Behavioral Health Clinic transforms a previously unfinished shell space in our ICHS Shoreline clinic into a warm, uplifting, and safe environment designed to support patient well-being. The renovation introduces a welcoming reception and waiting area, thoughtfully planned clinical offices, and a flexible group meeting room, all unified by a colorful palette and calming natural imagery. Improvements to the existing open stair bring a playful yet safe transition into the third floor new clinic, using layered materials and vibrant accents to create a sense of comfort and approachability. Guided by principles of sustainability, inclusivity, and trauma-informed design, the project creates a modern care setting that feels both supportive and inviting for all who visit.
