Award-winning design that delivers a warm and welcoming cultural space.

On the Broadview Library project, the addition and renovations 'unfold the box' of the original 1976 structure, creating an inviting and light filled home for expanded library services. A new entrance defines a strong civic presence in the community by opening to Greenwood Avenue North. Scope consists of 7,500 square feet of addition and 7,500 square feet of renovation.
