Seattle University Human Resources Relocation

A welcoming and safe environment to work in, that protects privacy and inspires natural light.

A tenant improvement creating new offices for Seattle University’s HR and Finance departments, this project is located on the first floor of Seattle University’s Columbia Building, a former Coca Cola bottling plant with high ceilings and ample natural light.

The tenant improvement focused on needs for privacy and flexibility, while remaining a welcoming and bright space. The project incorporated elements like sliding metal privacy curtains and wall features allowing for easy ways to differentiate spaces in this open office layoutallowing for natural light to penetrate further into the floor plan. The project also included a lactation room and shared conference rooms.
